Love Creative Marketing Agency implemented a guerrilla marketing Campaign for the release of the new album ‘Bloodlust’ by the Los Angeles Metal band ‘Body Count’ and their front man Ice-T.
The Album will be released on March 31st 2017 and is now being promoted by the release single “No Lives Matter’. This song symbolises the political content of the album facing the problems of our society such as inequality, brutality and ignorance.
In order to promote the album with those really important messages a marketing campaign throughout Europe was started in locations which include London, Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund etc… Love Creative Marketing used promotional staff from their local Promotional staffing agency database and carried out the Guerrilla Marketing Activation in London overnight.
Life-sized stencils showing the chalk outlines of a body and the #NoLivesMatter with the total height of 180cm was sprayed in over 16 Locations all over London. This street art is aimed to attract the attention of passengers in locations with high footfall such as Camden Market, the Buzzfeed headquarters, YouTube headquarters, King’s Cross, St. Pancras, Wimbledon and many more and also make people think about the message and what it is about. The #NoLivesMatter hashtag went viral on social media. Many people took pictures of the chalk stencilled body outline and posted the extraordinary artwork on twitter Instagram and Facebook. Whenever there is a new picture post of the body outline, the official site nolivesmatterbc reposts them. This builds curiosity around the subject, leading people to conduct research on the hashtag, therefore raising awareness of the album and finally the message behind it. Love Creative Marketing did not only provide the artwork, but also the list of locations and the staff who placed the body outline Stencils all over London in the dead of the night.
